Product Description

SHIYANG PTFE coated fabric combines the easy release and heat resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with the strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass. PTFE coated fabric also referred to as coated fabric, is ideally suited for a variety of demanding industrial applications.

Dimensionally stable at temperatures from -100° to 500°F (-73° to 260°C), SHIYANG PTFE coated fabric is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and is compliant for use in food processing, packaging, and handling. Made from nonwoven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with PTFE, SHIYANG PTFE coated fabric provides exceptional durability and extremely low elongation (<1%). Its PTFE coating provides numerous performance-enhancing characteristics. PTFE fabric offers a very low coefficient of friction, high heat resistance, hydrophobic properties, and excellent dielectric properties. It is also chemically inert.
